Apex Sunsetting June 1, 2023

On June 1, 2023, all support for Apex will end. 

This includes transfers, activations, support, and self-serve functions. For example, in the event a computer crashes, there will be no option to transfer the activation. Apex will work as-is after 01 June 2023, unless there are changes outside of Deere’s control.

StellarSupport™ will also be removing the Apex product tile on June 1, 2023.

You will still be able to process Apex backup files into John Deere Operations Center™ via the existing API after Apex support ends.

The ability to download background aerial images will come to end of life on June 1, 2024.
